Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does concrete leveling cost?

A: Each job is different, however, concrete leveling is typically 50% less expensive than replacing the unlevel concrete.

Q: How long before I can use the leveled surface without restriction?

A: The process we use lets you use your surface within minutes following completion.

Q: How long does it take to raise concrete?
A: While each job is different, most residential jobs (sidewalk, driveway, porch, garage floor, etc.) typically only take a few hours. Commercial and municipal jobs, depending on the size, can take a day or multiple days. However, we make every effort to mitigate any disruption in your daily traffic flow.
Q: How noticeable are the holes that are drilled in the concrete?

A: Short answer is not very to not at all. Once leveling is complete, we fill the holes with a patch that matches the color of your existing concrete. We use the latest technology and equipment which allows us to patch by drilling 3/8″ diameter holes rather than 1-1/4″ or 1-1/2″ holes used by our competitors. You’ll hardly know we were there other than your level concrete surfaces.

Q: Will there be any damage to my surrounding landscape.
A: No. Because the process doesn’t require heavy equipment, we can get in and out of even the tightest spaces without having to disturb the surrounding landscaping.
